Future Energy Performance was formed in April 2008 from a chance conversation regarding property inventories:

"Are you looking at doing those HIP pack things?"

A google search led to "BE THE FIRST IN THE UK TO QUALIFY AS A COMMERCIAL ENERGY ASSESSOR". The draw was massive, and within a week we were on the course.

Both having a passion for the environment, it was a natural move to work in the industry. Having finished full time jobs at the end of 2008, and the recession hitting in early 2009, the business has moved from strength to strength and we are now the leading, most qualified, family-run energy assessors in Leicestershire.

We have continued our professional development in order to offer additional services and ensure we can consistently offer a high level of service to our clients.

Our ethos has always been to provide a high level, professional service, to ensure that all of our clients receive high quality and accurate certificates.

Our Team

Tony Taylor

With over 11 years experience in the industry, Tony has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Tony is our Domestic Energy Assessor and Legionella Risk Assessor.

Tara Taylor

Tara is our Commercial Energy Assessor and has over 11 years experience in the industry.

As well as her many other qualifications, Tara has also worked directly for the accreditation body advising assessors.

Experience

Having been in the industry since 2008 we were one of the first companies to qualify as Energy Assessors resulting in a high level of experience in the field.
